English version of a book on the legendary infantry tank.

The infantry tank, a mythical armoured vehicle! This 32 page monograph presents the technical characteristics of the first tanks in history. The british army used the Mark I model in 1916 in the Somme. While the Mark V model participated in all combats during summer and fall of 1918, the Mark IV became famous during the Cambrai battle, in november 1917.

Excellent WW1 photographs and color profiles illustrate this 32 page book.  It is part of a series of monographs published by Ysec Editions. They include books about the Renault FT tank, the 75 mm cannon and  the Argonnenbahn.
